  I'm trying to finish a remodel I started this fall. I'm retired and live off SS. I really didn't think I stood much of a chance in getting help in this matter. I talked with the office manager, he listened to my story as to why. He asked me a few questions to better serve him in his reason to help me. The next morning I went down with the papers he asked me to bring and we talked more. He made me comfortable and listened to what I said. He had an air of honesty about him so I listened to him intently and thought about what he said. He explained the the process of what the next steps would be and I felt comfortable with what he laid out. Within an hour I felt inclined to sign the papers he drew up and I signed. This is not one of those times in which I had any regret in this transaction and felt safe in my decision. Thank you Nick for your and Mariner Finance for your help in this. It was so much easier than I thought and as not a transaction in which I felt fooled or taken advantage of. Thanks for your help

  Employees did not verbally inform me on the fine print until leaving Mariner and reading the contract myself : I traded in my truck the loan was on and had to do a title lien swap on my new truck, was told I would receive $200 for the swap but the $200 was put towards the amount financed to bring the loan amount up so they would get more interest! I would definitely recommend reading all the contract before signing anything to anyone that's using Mariner Financial. Was told, "Since the contract was done they could not reverse it..."

  Andrew in the plant city branch is always very helpful and in my time of need he was able to help me and my family get the loan I so desperately needed..

  I was pleased with all steps and the people who helped me with my need for a loan. I would give 5 stars if they were able to issue me either cash or electronic transfer of funds. But instead they only had a check to be able to hand me for my loan money.

  I've always had a good experience with Mariner been doing business with some for over five or six years I had good experiences with Mariner Finance they've always been prompt and courteous and never hassled interest rates are too high I always willing to work with you send customer for over 5 years
