  Gary was such a pleasure to work with selling my boat. He was very patient as I had to get the title transferred twice. Covid hit and I was unable to get to our home in Clearwater to get the boat in top shape for a sale until early September. Gary recommended a listing price ( which I thought was a bit high) and low and behold he received several qualified buyers within the first 2 days. After his research and qualifying the potential buyer, he made a visit with the buyer to just look at my boat ( on a Sunday!) He informed me of an offer, and also asked me if I wanted to counter with a higher offer. I wasn’t sure if I should and asked his opinion as what he would do. Next day offer was accepted for both parties, contracts executed, sea trial next day which all went quite well. The boat was sold for 7% under the asking price, which is very good! Thanks for your help and dedication to sell my boat Gary! I will be looking for a new boat next spring and I will certainly have Gary find me the next one.

  My Wife and I decided that bigger would be better and put our 2005 Sea ray 260 on the market and it sold in a single day. After all there were TONS of nice 32-36 foot offerings on the market as well so the transition would be seamless right? WRONG! In comes covid-19 and seemingly everyone and their brother decided to buy a boat the same week we sold ours. It seemed that every boat we found that checked the boxes for us was already under contract. Enter Sean Fitzgerald from Tampa Yacht Sales. The first thing I noticed about Sean is his knowledge of the industry as well as not just boat availability in the greater Tampa area but far beyond. Long story short, in no time at all Sean found us the perfect boat, helped with the purchase by several times going out of his way to take care of extraneous issues that popped up after inspection and ultimately helped us find the boat a new home in our Marina. Sean is one of those guys that will answer the phone 24/7/365 and because of that we want to extend a huge THANK YOU To Sean Fitzgerald and the entire Tampa Yacht Sales staff!   Shane is absolutely fantastic! I had been searching and shopping boats online for six months with no success when I met Shane. Within a few days of meeting with him, he found us our dream boat. It was July 4th weekend and he took the time to drive an hour south and run a sea trial with us. We were sold! The best part was that the boat wasn't even listed for sale. I look forward to picking up our 270 Dauntless this Friday. Thank you Shane, very much.

  Chris Crane is clearly the BEST boat broker we have ever used . With him it is more like a full service concierge than just a broker deal. He set up every single aspect of closing as we are out of state buyers. He took the time to organize the engine survey, the hull survey, the electronics package , the captain to show us how to handle the new boat in the Gulf Coast!!! He picked up the phone every time we called . I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a boat in Florida!!

  Up until I met Shane Faunce at Tampa Yacht Sales, I thought that all boat salesmen were con-men. Prior to dealing with Shane, I was shown 9 different boats from 9 different boat brokers. Everyone of them misrepresented the availability, the condition or had outdated photos. When I found the ad, for the boat Brand/Type that I wanted, I was very skeptical. When we met Shane, to see the boat, he was very professional and personable. When we inspected it, Shane was very knowledgeable and detailed. Afterwards, we made an offer by phone and before we got home, we had an e-mail with an offer document, to be e-signed. Shane arranged for and attended, the sea trial and the mechanics inspection, to insure that we were receiving a top notch vessel. The boat had 2 small issues, that Shane scheduled for repair, at the seller's expense. The whole experience, with Shane, could not have been more pleasant and stress-free. In a few years, I plan on upgrading boat size and Shane will be my first and only stop.
