  This company has the worst customer service. They never answer the phone. I have tried to call them dozens of times of the last two years and I think they only answered the phone once. If you leave a voicemail, they won’t return your call. Their website is absolutely terrible and not user friendly at all. I will sometimes go in to make a payment and get a receipt and they will still tell me I didn’t pay.

  I work for a loan company and feel like once they realized I worked for the competitors they stopped all customer service. I was lied to about my credit score. I was lied to about the value of my truck. I never received a return call. I had to hunt for loan answers and repeatedly had to refuse a second lien on my husband's truck. They already had a lien on my truck that was under what the value of the vehicle. The manager was unable to provide the truth and once I had enough and refinanced with my credit union I was re fused a payoff unless I went into the branch. Per customer service line the branch is able to email it. I did leave a review on the Facebook page as well and it was deleted.. the poor service started with Ally and was finished up the manager Jose. The lack of their own company police and knowledge is beyond me.
