  They are like vultures. They called me about a lawsuit I hadn't event been served with yet... I then have told them MULTIPLE times to never call me again (they were calling me almost daily for a while.) When I repeated that I've already told them never to call me again or I would be reaching out to my Attorney, the snot, Courtney, on the phone had the audacity to say 'You've never told ME that'. You're right, I've never spoken to YOU specifically. But I have told Chris, John, and Jennifer over the past year. I've stated CLEARLY that I want NO CALLS from ANYONE from your business. Borders on harassment.

  Dear Emerge180 I am not sure I have all the words to express how grateful I am to have worked with all the staff at Emerge180 and especially the senior negotiator Doug Deegan. When I found myself stuck with much confusion and clueless as to where or who to turn for help, I found Emerge180. From day one, they assisted me, explaining all the details, working on my behalf & being my advocates throughout the settlement process. Therefore, I was able to focus on my work and family.   If your business is needing some kind of immediate help and relief with a debt that needs a quick and reduced resolution, I would definitely recommend contacting Emerge 180 right away !   I went through another "well known" debt resolution agency, and they blew it! I reached out to Don, at Emerge 180, and he has been such a blessing. While paying off bad debt, form a BIG bank, is tough, Don and his team have really put my needs first and helped me on the road to financial recovery.   At least one employee on the phones when I was there, is under Department of Corrections supervision. Are you going to let them handle your delicate legal matters? Your LAWYER should be working to negotiate a settlement. These guys simply talk like lawyers, and offer to settle your case for 60% of what you're being sued for, based on economic hardship. They typically settle for about 40%, keeping the difference. Furthermore, they require a retainer, which some of the MANY other companies doing this, do not. If you can document economic hardship, contact the plaintiff, and offer to settle for less than half. That's what these guys are going to do.
