  Brenda made the whole call seem like I was talking to someone who I have known for years. I am surprised she was able to deal with me at some points but we made it work in the end

  I applied for a loan with Mariner Finance. Chrissy was very professional and courteous. The process took an hour. Very fast and I am extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend Mariner Finance.

  This place will lend you money. They'll even work with your contractor to provide you 0% financing for the first 12 months. Their website is extremely cumbersome to navigate and their financial reporting can not handle this type of transaction. When you make a payment the website indicates that Interest has been deducted from the payment and is not applied to the principle. When I confronted a representative about it I was told not to worry about it and that their system can't handle this type of loan and all will "work out". I will gladly change my review if someone can give me a professional response about how they intend to properly service my loan. Right now I am left with a feeling that I will be scammed in the future.

  I’ve been working with the Chalfont office for a few years now and they have all been extremely helpful, kind and very professional. Recently my son and I refinanced his car loan through this office. Chris Bonilla was on point, answered all of our questions and was very professional. I can’t say enough Good things about them. I’ve been able to keep my home because of their assistance. They have been great to work with. Thank you!

  The Chalfont office was great. The process was smooth and Chrissy was very knowledgeable. I wish all banking transactions ran that smooth.

  The business does not send monthly statements with a pre printed envelope. To make a phone payment they require a $6 payment. Very unprofessional! They do not accept debit payments, cash or checks only. I had to drive to the business location to be prompt with my payment. But no one was there at 9am at opening. Left my check on the door handle. 28% Finance charges. Great for a quick loan for those individuals a Bank will disregard or turn down. My payments are $139 a month for 36 months plus .59c stamp or gas to the location two towns away. Convenient NO!!
