  Paramount capitol group has a diamond in the rough with Mrs Alexander at ext 215. She is very thorough in her process of assisting others. She went over and beyond on helping me with everything I asked and she keep it honest. Paramount to whoever it may concern keep her for life couse she is good for the business. She is awesome exceptionally awesome. Thank you Mrs Alexander and thank you Paramount. She made it a pleasure to start paying y'all my monthly note with no quarrels. Thank you again.   The people I dealt with were nice enough for this poorly structured company. My CDL school years ago only gave me this option and I did not seek funding anywhere else because I was in a hurry. About a year and a half ago I asked them to postpone a payment till the end of the week and they did not take it from my bank. My finances are my responsibility, but at the end of the week no call, no charge, nothing on their end either. I was never reported late but was receiving letters monthly that I was late. Fixed that issue, still kept receiving the letters. Now, two months ago I paid this account off in full. But 13 days after that payment, they charged my account for the regular monthly bill. Again, five days ago, I got another charge from them for the payment. When I contacted them they said all they have is my "paid in full" charge on their system. So now I have to go through the dispute process with my bank because they do not track the money they take from you. Make sure you delete your payment information if you are on auto bill pay...... they don't care if they take money without a paper trail.

  I absolutely hated the reason I had this high interest loan in the first place. I was one of the many unfortunate people caught in The College Network scam. However, this is not the fault of the bank. They’ve been pleasant every time I’ve worked with them. I’m so happy to have this burden off my chest. Donna is awesome!

  They are the greatest, most hard working, and most beautiful organization I ever talk to. When I thought I was never gonna work for another cdl company again they went through tooth and nail to get me back to work. I will never forget them. Donna and Ray thank you so much.

  This company from what I know is known for giving out loans to people who want to get their CDL I am one of those people and although I am not a fan of the whole loan process (I have my own opinions on that) a certain customer service representative Donna (I hope I’m remember her name right) makes everything easy if I ever have a question she is sure to answer it she’s quick and to the point and I love it she’s 10/10

  Awful company they do not care about there customers. Just went through hurricane Irma called to see if we can defer a payment answer we got yes of course no problem next day got a voicemail stating we can't Bc management didn't approve it Bc our cosigner is in New York she has to make payment if we can't unreal. She lives in Florida part time. This place sucks for customer service and helping there customers. We make our payments on time and we don't get the help when needed. Awful place to have to deal with. If you have a choice don't go through this company.

  Thank you for this feedback. I reviewed your specific situation and understand the frustration that you must have had at the time. I do see that we did eventually provide the deferment you requested. (which should have been done on the first request). Policy changes have been made to prevent this issue in the future.   Everybody was so nice in the beginning but then life happened and I fell behind ans those very same "nice" folks turned into the rudest ever! Professionalism goes out the window when they not receiving money and no one will work with you. They will blow your phone up and leave threatening voicemails like the ones I have saved .Can't wait to get away from these crooks !!
