  Once you are able to talk to someone on the phone, they were very professional. The branch office needs help. Took over 5 days and several call to get a decision. The process could be more streamlined.

  I worked with ASHLEY at one of the branches and she was extremely punctual and very helpful! I was able to get approved and my loan was deposited within 2 days I’m soo thankful . I will definitely recommend!

  The service I received from Mariners Finance was absolutely amazing. Alease was great. Her customer service is awesome. She fully explains every detail of your contract and shows genuine compassion to her customers. I immediately recommended Mariners to a friend that needed to do some home improvements and told them to ask for Alease. Thanks Mariners!

  Once the loan process started rolling, it was quick and easy. Got my funds in 2 days. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my loan representative was not responsive the first 2 days. She was very nice and professional though.

  Britney was delightful, very reactive and knowable, she understands and explained my loan well. I had one processing enquiry where she was hesitant of her answer, so she asked a supervisor to make sure her answer was correct. If she is a typical representative of your company, you have a great corporation. My personal experience includes professional sales trainer (for both Dell and Intel) also a licensed mortgage sales manager (among other things). I understand perfectly that if no one comments, nothing in a company can change. Britney is the type that can pass her sales skill set onto others, those personalities are few and far between. Personally, I would teach her to become a sales trainer, have her help in putting together a training manual or adjust the existing one and get her out on the road, preparing others salespersons face to face or by online video, she will increase closing ratios, along with instructing others how to make clientele feel that their needs were met by a professional loan company, that is what gets recommendations and referrals.
