  The staff at the office were friendly and explained everything well to me. However, there is a clear disconnect between local branches and online support. I would go into a branch instead of applying online. A lot of the documents I uploaded never reached the branch and any quote you receive online is not accurate to what the branch will offer. It'd be better to just contact your local branch directly to save time, energy, and for peace of mind. I signed a contract online that I was told meant nothing and I am not too enthused about that. Other than that, no complaints.

  Each time I needed Mariner Finance they were above-board in every way. Also, when dealing with money a person is already nervous. However, their wonderful business sense and hands-on personal touch goes a long way. Thank you.

  Roy and his team go out of their way to help you achieve your personal finance goals . With a freindly team , his staff go above and beyond to accommodate their clients . Roy went out of his way to make things happen ! Highly recommend the Lanham branch

  Loan was supposed to be deposited within 24 hrs check on my bank thinking it was there and apparently they were missing a number from my bank account, never received a called from anyone till I called to check .

  Marina Finance is just wonderful I am so happy to have connection with this organization. They are honest, decent and professional. Their work professionals will not allow you to go over your comfort zone which is good because your credit scores will improve. Excellent service with a capitol (E). I would recommend them to everyone I know!!

  After I expressed what I wanted, I was immediately referred to someone to explain the process. I knew exactly what documentation was required. A convenient appointment (next day) took less than an hour to process. Ms Downing. explained every contract detail and I left with a check. Very professional environment!

  After me continuing to call because when they say they will call you back in an hour it doesn’t happen. I called on a Tuesday the guy said someone will call you back. I called Thursday and it was run around after run around. Yes, I understand we get busy but not to keep your word I have issues with.

  Yes, After receiving mail from Mariner Finance, I elected to contact them regarding their offer. To my surprise, they were not difficult, very receptive and showed, what I call a "Motive Staff", they got things done. Superior performance by "Ms. Latonja" whom processed my application and she was sharp.

  Nicole is professional and has a sweet soothing voice. She has great customer service and follow up skills. I only wanted her help from beginning to end.
