  The people at Mariner finance treated me with respect they were very helpful and were very joyful; everyone in the office had a smile and said hello to me which made me feel really good considering my circumstances with having to refinance my loan. The service representative who helped me her name was Wendy and she was awesome she was very easy to talk to she was extremely helpful and also very comforting and I sincerely appreciate her help and I would definitely go back to them and I would definitely recommend their service.

  My first dealings with M.F. was wonderful. Then they contacted me with an offer to increase my loan amount by $500. What they didn't tell me was that I would be applying for a refinance of my 90 day old loan. The loan process was Very complicated and asked for alot of information. I don't think I've needed to provide that much information EVER for such a small loan. The biggest thing was that the cost of the refinance was not disclosed until the final signature. I payed a fee for the original loan and then again for the refinance.
