  I spoke with an agent Jaun. I returned his call concerning the payoff of my account by my insurance company. I was concerned and was asking questions. Mr Jaun, instead of being empathetic, quickly became very condescending. He implied that I was and had been somewhat irresponsible with my account. Talking to me with an accusatory tone, even stating blatantly "I'm not going to be a go between, between you and your insurance company ". Up until this point I have been extremely satisfied with my experience at Mariner. I only had a concern. No one deserves to be treated in such a manner.

  Mariner Finance management turnover rate has been high, however, I think they hit the mark with the new management team and staff. They’re responsive and respectful in regards to accounts and understanding in relation to slow payees. Highly recommend.

  I have used Mariner Finance twice now and honestly I am very highly impressed. Wonderful customer service. I recently closed a loan about a week ago (before New Years) and was told my money would be in my account within 2 days. I was disappointed when the time frame had come and gone but figured with the holiday it could have been delayed. I waited until Monday to give them a call to see when I could expect it to hit my account. They then realized that my account number had one digit off and would work on fixing the issue. I honestly figured I'd be waiting another couple of days but to my surprise the issue was fixed and the money was in my account and available within a couple of hours. Just wanted to say thank you for being so prompt and attentive. 👍🏽

  The staff couldn't have been nicer didn't take long to close the loan once I got there. I worked with Stephanie who made sure I had everything I needed before I got there. She was great! Store manager was also pleasant and easy to talk to.😊
