  Worst loan company I have ever had I will never use them again they talk rude to you and It took a week to find out if your approved or not I wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy

  This company sends unsolicited mail with checks in my name that could potentially be cashed by anyone! They do not answer the phone, either. I wouldn't accept a loan from these people even if I needed one with the lack of professionalism i see so far.

A firm offer of credit, which in this case is a "live loan check”, also known as a “Loan by Mail” is a direct mail loan offer that complies with all applicable state and federal regulations and is extended to credit qualified individuals.   It was easy to renew my loan I was able to do it online and have my check deposited to my account couldn’t ask for nothing better then that. Thank Natalie for helping me out.

  The person who helped me was perfect and pleasant. However, the whole process of refinancing for just 300 took a whole hour. I was shut in a very hot room for a long time. I heard her calling my job asking for me. Even though I was wearing a work uniform. Kind of awkward since I'm new and the people at my new job were receiving a phone call. I had to explain the next day what that was about. I opened the door for air. Just took way too long and I didnt like being shut away in that room with a closed door like I was in a Dr.s office or something. Not the best experience.

  My loved one had a loan from these people. He passed away, I notified them, they said they would cancel the auto-pay and "sorry for your loss". A month later, they still took the payment, no phone call to us, no letter, just took the payment from a deceased person's account. I would highly recommend going to Lending Club for your loan needs and not these scammers

  My recent experience at the Missouri City, TX branch was very pleasant. The Agent Kenia Lazo was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was treated in a very professional manner and graciously welcomed back as a repeat customer.
