  I'm a long term customer with Mariner Finance and there has never been a moment when I wasn't happy with the service. Staff is amazing, and they work with customers from a small to large spectrum. I'm constantly recommending them!

  I dont recall the name of the person working on my loan but, she was the most professional i have ever worked with in a long time. I really didnt have to do much only answer a few question and she did all the work. Her professional attitude was amazing and others could learn from her. As far as Mariner, it has alway a fair institute for me, (interest a little high but fair). Im not at home now and i wish i could remember my loan officers name. Good work.

  Too bad zero stars isn't a option, worse experience ever. I did the application online and then I received a congratulations email from them late last week. Email said I was assigned to this location and I could call them. Every time I call its sounds like a fax machine number or seems like I'm just being hung up on. The 3 times I did get a hold of someone they keep telling me they'll call back but never do and supposedly they keep running it through but no answer.

  My name Edna Cambrice , I want to express my gratitude to my rep Christina, and staff for being so responsive to my need.This was not my first time to the rodeo, this pandemic has been trying. So ,I when talking to Christy she explain what my options with my credentials were not all were not excepted.. She would work with me.After talking to her sup, she informed me she could help, not with at requested.I was very satisfied. I preciated, her honesty,her professionalism, friendliness. I had been to another company with not so good customer service which is important to me. I recommend Mariner to everyone who need a quality experience when you need help.Thank Mariner!

  Cindy was very professional, informing and courteous. She processed my application and it was my choice when to close. I just love the online process of reviewing and signing documents. Each page was explained just as if you were in the office . Thank you Mariner!

  Website is easy to apply and loan officers are easy to work with. I wish banks worked this efficient. Just enter info and apply. I had an approval within minutes and paperwork signed with money in my account the next day.
