  The man that attended to me wasn’t friendly at all. He didn’t even gives an explanation of how the loan is going to be. He was very unprofessional. His responding was very poor. Because of this I’m planning to return the loan within 15 days. But the lady that I met there was super nice at the end. She offered me gift when I was leaving. I think she realized that her partner wasn’t nice to me. The other thing about this location was that they don’t pick up their phone when you call them.

  Called to get a quote the woman was extremely rude because I didn’t want to transfer another loan I had to this business. She said well we can’t help you then you have terrible credit bye and hung up. Extremely rude and impolite. I asked for a loan for $6,000 not $20,000

  Beth was easy to work with through out the entire process. She was also available to answer any questions that I had either through email or phone.She processed and closed my loan in 2 days. Outstanding customer service and always was highly professional at all times.

  Very prompt efficient and friendly services Made my loan process seamless and almost seemed effortless compared to my past loan experiences. I will definitely look to Mariner Finance for any of my future financial needs. My loan officer Martin was through, knowledgeable & wonderful to work with. Normally any type of loan process is unnerving & filled with doubt and frustration. Martin was able to answer all my questions and relax my anxiety.
