When you walk into any branch, their smiles welcome you like family. William Penney is an excellent, knowledgeable leader for such a wonderful bank here on the Treasure Coast.   As far as banks go, there are none better. I could walk into the Presidents office if I want. So much better than the big chain banks. I wish they would make a staffing change with one of the female VPs though.

  Great customer service! There is a big difference in service between smaller local banks and large banks like Bank Of America. Never again will I go with a larger bank. Miranda and Sandy do a great job!

  The atmosphere is bright and welcoming! Every time I walk through those doors, it’s like a breath of fresh air. The staff is friendly and everyone is always smiling and willing to help with whatever you may need. Hands down, one of the best banks I’ve walked into in a long time.

  I applied for a PPP loan with my "Big Bank" and it went nowhere and then the funds ran out.  When more funds became available, I applied through  Marine Bank and I was approved with a check in hand in record time. Marine Bank got it done!

  This the Worst internet banking experience Ever. There is no way to ascertain the difference between their internet banking password, an internet banking access code, and the activation code assigned to one bill pay account and not another. in the meantime, my bills are not getting paid -- like the the phone bill, for which I cannot now call them for help. Help!

  Really wonderful team. They always take care of me and I’ve NEVER had an issue. I would challenge anyone that if they have problem with this bank, it’s user error
