  Denise made our process for buying our home absolutely fantastic. We have bought before and she is by far the best to work with. She was literally the mvp of our team, ensuring we hit deadlines, locking our interest rate and constantly answering our questions. She communication extremely well and explained everything in a way we understood. She and Eva made the process as easy as it could be. She is firm when necessary and made sure she followed up with all participating parties. We will definitely use them again!

  Denise and group at Total Mortgage were absolutely fantastic in finding the best deal (out of 3 different companies), providing support beyond expectations and making the closing flawless in my absence for the whole process (from overseas).
