  This lender was the preferred one for my new construction home. I went in with normal expectations and Kim and her team exceeded them. Much like many buyers in this fluctuating economy, I experienced so many speed bumps. Kim provided comfort during those times. Kim was empathetic, understanding and did everything she could to make the situation less stressful. Kim was professional and always available. I would definitely use Kim again!

  My wife and I financed two homes through Academy and Kim Ullrich was our consultant both times. Kim is a real professional. Very knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, trustworthy, and reliable. We felt comfortable with her every step of the way, both times she helped us. Kim is responsive to every question posed and she got back to us quickly, including weekends. I cannot express how fantastic she was at a time that can be somewhat stressful. That is the reason we used her twice because as I said, she is really a true gem!! Thank you Kim and Academy.   Meeting Greta and her team was one of the best things that ever happened to us.
