      I think this is the most friendly bank in Springfield. I deal with the mortgage lenders frequently and I'm always impressed with their knowledge, speed of response and positive attitude no matter the circumstances. I have my own home loan here as well a some other accounts, and everyone I deal with makes it easy to bank with Marine

      Was buying a house had all paperwork together. Bank notified me to say they had lost all paperwork would have to send again. 2 months later had identity stolen San address everything. Bank would not help. Be cautious of this bank
