  I cannot say enough about Diamond, Trent and his team. Amazing. Great people to work with organized and so helpful. Professional at every turn and made the buying process so smooth. in fact we went to Trent a few years ago and at that time we did not have a high enough FICO for a VA loan but Trent stayed in contact and helped us. So when we finally had a score high enough it was a no brainer to go back to Trent and his team to get our mortgage through. I look forward to working with them again someday when I send my children to buy their first home. Thank you Trent and team for everything. We finally have a real home after spending 23 years in the military and military housing we have an amaing home to grown older in.

  Trent and the entire team I worked with at Diamond were extraordinary! As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about the entire process. Trent was kind, detailed and so helpful in walking me through the application process and answering all my questions! With Trent's guidance, I was able to close on my first home just last week.   I highly recommend Diamond Residential Mortgage. Trent Peterman and his team were nothing short of amazing. Very helpful, explained everything so well to me as this was my first time buying a home, and always very kind. They worked very hard to get me to where I needed to be and were on time with everything. I chose them over my previous choice for a mortgage company due to getting a better deal and not having the best experience. I am so glad I switched because my experience with Diamond has been wonderful and this was the best decision I could have made for myself and my family!

All the deadlines, rules, and paperwork can be daunting, but Casey and Betsy helped us navigate it all without any issues. We could not have asked for a better experience during a stressful time of purchasing a new home. The Diamond Residential team made it so easy. I have used a variety of mortgage providers in the past, and there’s no question that Casey Constant at Diamond Residential was the best by far!

  Awesome group of people at Diamond. I truly felt like they were up to bat for us. We had a couple of hoops to jump through, and they were no big deal to Diamond....they dealt with them and walked us through the whole process. They were all reassuring throughout the whole process and had excellent customer service skills. I say I'm never moving again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to use Diamond again. Betsy and Casey were awesome and so easy to work with!!!!!!
