Town and Country Bank Reviews

David1Worst customer service ever. took out a first time home buyers loan with them had to pass a rigorous back ground for credit and certain requirements. Like the house had to be in basically move in ready condition. After moving in found multiple issues that would have disqualified me for that particular house. T&CB basically said you bought it your the owner now. So with that I'm dealing with mold espestist and thousands of dollars in repairs. It's been almost a year and because of these issues I have yet to move into my new home. Be aware hire a lawyer if you deal with them. -4stars Update:January 2022 Town and country Bank has cut all communication with me doing shady things behind my back giving me no notice or able to fight back. If you are a customer of them beware they are NOW being investigated by the FDIC. Due to Covid a lot of people have been hurting and they are not helping out.

Matthew Armer1Not a very good bank at all they don't keep up with your regular banks they have your ATM limited source for so much purchase A-day and and then if you have too much transactions going in-and-out of your account now close your account for no reason and will not tell you why it's a waste of time
Response from the ownerHi Matthew. We apologize for any services that have been unexemplary. One of our employees will be in contact with you shortly to learn more about your experience.

Kevin Jarvis2Very poor service in that the drive up does not open till 8:30a and closes at 5p. For those who work during the day the drive up hours are worthless. Perhaps you check that many of your competitors open as early as 7:30a till 5:30 or 6p.
Response from the ownerHi Kevin, Thank you for alerting us to an area where we can improve our service. We truly appreciate your feedback as we strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. We regret any inconvenience but assure you that we will review all our hours of operation to make certain we’re meeting the needs of our customers.

somer gerberding1I have never been treated so poorly by a bank before I have called the manager many times only to have my calls ignored and the voicemails I've left have not been returned I hope this isn't the way all of the branches have been run but I haven't been able to find anyone that can help me with my problem so that is my assumption I will never bank here again and I hope nobody else does
Response from the ownerHi Somer, We're sorry to hear you're having difficulty getting a hold of someone to help you. Would you please send an email to [email protected] stating your problem along with your contact information so we can assist you? Thank you.
