  Fred is the nicest guy and was very helpful from start to finish. The loan process was very easy and here we are 2 months later and just spent our first night in our new home. Probably could have been done faster but we had to find a house. Ive already started talking with friends about buying homes. There's really nothing to it but to do it!

  Fred Weber @ Flat Branch From beginning to end, my mortgage process was uncomplicated and all went smoothly. Fred explained each step and any instruction was easy to understand. From what others I know had suggested about their home buying experiences, I expected there to be snags and to suffer great anxiety but that was far from the case, thank goodness! You couldn’t ask for a anyone more friendly and knowledgeable than Fred.

  Fred Weber was always kind and explained everything in a timely manner. Our loan closed smoothly, and or closing costs were less than anticipated. He went over and above after we moved and had some electrical issues, which is not part of his job, and got me the resources I needed to solve the problem.   Fred was really helpful and attentive to make sure we had everything in place before my closing date. Whenever something came up Fred would send a text to make sure it was taken care of right away. He also got me connected with a great realtor and insurance company. He was great at showing all first time homebuyer programs/assistances for down payment. We also did all of this during the COVID-19 “shut down”. Would 10/10 recommend Fred and his team. He was available from pre-approval and well after closing.
