  We inquired about a new auto policy. Not only was Betzy able to match our curent premium, but by bundling our homeowners policy, we were able to get better coverage for the same price! Betzy was responsive to my requests and handled everything timely! I would definitely recommend this office!

  I recently moved to Florida and wasn’t really sure how hard it would be to transfer my insurance from out of state. Betzy Aviles-Rodriguez was my agent whenever I called this morning and I couldn’t have gotten luckier! She was a pleasure to work with and was respectful of my time and questions, as well as helping me get the best policy that I could.   Margie and her team were great to work with. They are very knowledgeable when it came to my insurance needs. They help me select the right coverage to make sure I’m insured accurately in case I’m in an accident. We spoke about my home and saved hundreds when I bundled both policies together.   Excellent Customer Service! It is so easy doing business with Margie Harner's office. My husband and I had separate car insurance policies with two different agents--once we switched to Margie Harner's office, our Account Representative, Erin, was able to get us both better coverage for less than the price my husband was paying per month on his own. We decided to move our homeowners policy as well and ended up receiving more discounts. Every time we have called for a question about our coverage or payment information, we are never placed on hold and our questions are answered immediately. I submitted my first claim this morning for a cracked windshield and Erin made the process so simple, scheduling the glass repair appointment for me. I definitely recommend Margie Harner's office--Best State Farm Agent in the area!
