Jessica Nedelisky1Didn’t even have the chance to become a member before receiving the literal worst customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. Trying to get ahold of one of the branches on the phone? Don’t bother. You won’t. You’ll wait on the phone for an hour every time you call. Trying to set up an account online? Don’t bother. You’ll wait over a week with no response to any messages or follow up return calls. Very frustrating. Not what I’m looking for in a bank. I’ll be taking my business and my money elsewhere.

Scott Wagner1What a trash experience. The automated robot was completely useless. There is no number to a specific branch. Bulls#!¥. I drive to the branch only to find out the questions I had are unable to be solved. Not to mention the bullet proof partition really lets you know their clientele. All in all I'd fell good depositing my garbage there and that's about it.

Brent Mckenzie5I was having troubles with getting the money in my checking account before some bills came out. I put the money in the same day and they were very understanding and credited both my overdraft fees. They seemed to care and that meant alot.

Reed Mueller1DO NOT EVER finance anything with this credit union!!! I got a car loan under this credit union and have had the worst lending experience ever. First off, they charge fees for everything. Every time you make a payment, they will charge a fee, unless you open a checking account with them. Then, if you ever decide to re-finance under a new lender to avoid all of these fees (like I did), good luck getting ahold of them to have the new lender send them the payoff amount. Every time you call you better be prepared to sit on hold for at least 45 minutes to an hour, or have them "call you back" (days later). Then when they give your new lender an address to send the payoff to, they will claim that they didn''t receive (on MULTIPLE check payments that my new lender sent), leading you to pay DOUBLE under the new lender and this place, or else your credit score will get slaughtered.

Sandra Scrudato3I've been a Member for 19 years. I'm usually happy with customer service and the tellers but anything beyond a simple transaction seems to be problematic. Specifically, I've had issues with their processing of car loans, maintaining how lines of credit are to be used, what regularly scheduled deposits go to which account, etc. I write today because they had told my contractor they couldn't honor my check despite the fact that money is there, lines of credit are in place, etc. This was corrected within 30 minutes but it's happened one too many. They can't tell me why it's an issue and I can't see a reason why I shouldn't close my accounts and go elsewhere.

Maxie Babie1After being on hold for 45 minutes, a recording said I was in line and it would be 7 minutes. It suggested I enter my phone number and have someone call back. Two hour later ... still no call. When I was holding I was verifying my checking account and kept getting a message I was inactive ... WHILE I WAS WORKING ONLINE. Then i was just cut off and kicked out. FRUSTRATING! The call today was trying to get CORRECT info since last time I called I got WRONG info on the routing number and got my home insurance and car insurance echecks rejected and that caused headaches like crazy! NOT HAPPY WITH 121 AND THE LACK OF CARING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am on hold again. 3+ hour and NO HELP!

Bailey Howard3I’ve been with this bank for years. It has its ups and downs. Mortgage department is not good. I won’t recommend going through them for that. They are also extremely slow. My debit card was hacked and it shouldn’t be a hassle to get a new one. It would be great if they hired more employees so it doesn’t take up your whole day trying to get a new card. This bank was good about catching the fraud before they were able to spend any money. I would change banks if I could but the location of this bank is the only reason why I’m still a member here.
