  Linda was God sent, An angel indisguise! After a month ordeal with Quicken Loans, we jumped ship & tried this lovely lady Linda @ Mortgages by Linda. Alll the nice things she said at her website & during the initial conversation, , Linda made me & my husband feel at ease & assured us that she will do her best to make our mortgage app experience as smooth as possible. She delivered the goods and after nineteen (19) business days, we closed on the house. Amazing amazing amazing! I will definitely recommemd her to friends & families.   Just did a cash out Re-F,i and before I closed my loan Nick My loan officer was able to lower my rate twice! Team MLB closed my loan in a very short time and exceeded my expectations!   As first time home buyers the process was a little stressful. Linda and Jessica were very patient and kind to help myself and my husband through. We experienced some unexpected issues with the lender at no fault at Mortgages by Linda but they took charge and got it worked out. It was a pleasure to work with them.

  My husband and I have been together for 10 years and have ALWAYS dreamed of owning a home. To us, one of the scariest processes of home-buying is choosing a mortgage loaner. We weren't sure what to do, but when we found Linda and her team, that was the day things really started changing AND progressing for us. We even worked with a lender previous to MBL who never called us again after being pre-approved..he didn't take us seriously. But Linda did and because of that I am writing this review in the office of our brand new, fantastic home!!! Linda and her team are also always available and know that you aren't an expert in this, but they are. You can ask them anything, anytime.
