  Marc, Rachel, and Rosa were amazing to work with! My wife and I are usually pretty on-the-ball with things that require staying on top of things, from vacation planning to projects to home financing. Marc and Team are the same way- there were several instances where we’d check off multiple steps in one day and the Team was always on top of very quickly advancing our progress. No down time, which we loved! It was like working with family- family that has your back and wants to see you succeed. Couldn’t be happier or more impressed!

  Marc and his teammates Annette and Jill were all absolutely wonderful. My wife and I were first-time homebuyers and felt that Marc, Annette and Jill were all very patient and genuine. Before reaching out to Marc we weren’t “sold” on the idea of using a lending entity, however, we are so, so glad that we did. Marc and his team went above and beyond, taking the time to answer questions and explain in detail the process of applying for a loan, working with a realtor, “shopping” for a good loan, and much, much more. We felt like we were Marc’s only client and that he really had the ability to focus on our needs and wishes for our home. Marc gave us multiple buying scenarios with complete payment breakdowns, and really took the time to get to know us. At the same time, we felt that each conversation was meaningful and that everything was done in a very timely manner. All along the way we felt we knew exactly where our money was going. Marc also has extensive connections in the area—he already knew the realtor we chose, and Marc communicated regularly with our realtor. If you are wondering whether or not a lender is “worth it” we can say that we very much believe it is, and that Marc is great at what he does. We are researchers and know what lending entities generally charge, and Marc’s services are very fairly priced. We plan on reaching out to Marc in the future if we sell or purchase again in the area.

  Marc and his team did a great job of walking us through our transaction. It was an especially stressful time for us because we were selling our home and buying another.   Marc, Angelina, and Jill worked quickly to get us pre-approved (and closed), which was a huge help when we found the house we wanted to put an offer in on. The team was extraordinarily friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. We wouldn't have gotten our house if it weren't for their ability to get us through the process as reliably and expediently as possible. Edit, July 2019: Marc and his team took care of us a year ago, when we purchased our first home. So, naturally, when rates dropped this past month, we went back to them to refinance. They were as friendly as ever and very patient with all of my questions. Marc gives great advice and has always been super helpful. I've personally recommended him to some of my friends and would recommend anyone looking to get a loan financed go to Marc at Summit Funding (especially if you're looking to buy in Davis).
