      This location racially profiled my spouse! He went in to cash his check and spoke to a a manager because no one would help him and the manager kept giving him dirty looks and checking the cameras! Because he is darker colored!! They made him show 2 forms of ID to cash a check I have never ever had to show any form of ID to cash a check there! Then got mad when he was getting an attitude for the way he was getting treated! DO BETTER DAVIS! I thought this town was full of nice people I was wrong! Racial discrimination!!!

      These guys dont pick up the phone at all even during business hours which made me go to the bank, only to learn that I will need an appointment. Made an appointment and started working with Megan Elsea, customer service rep. She took months to respond to my first email and I dont even know if the issue is even resolved as she never emailed back and confirmed. I gave up after sending few follow up emails. Not sure why her title is customer service rep when she provides zero service. I will never open another account with Wells Fargo! Oh wait, they may open one for me without my knowledge.

      They don't answer phone and don't call back if asking them in-person in the branch to call me to make an appointment. On the plus side, their ATMs work.

      Over the last year this branch has really become lethargic. They seldom have enough experience tellers. The tellers they have are great and over worked! The policy changes have slowed things down to a crawl for businesses. I assume it is due to cost cutting and all restrictions due to the past fraud?

      The banker named Jose helped me out at 4:33pm on 6/9/20 at this downtown Davis location. I had some issues with and overdraft fee and he was caring and listened to my issue. I really appreciated all the Help and support he gave me with getting my account in order. I hope Wells Fargo can hire more people like him.

      I've been a Wells Fargo customer for almost 15 years, and I've never been treated as rudely and disrespectfully in any WF branch as I was treated here. These people are completely incompetent and unhelpful.

      Horrible customer service! The Davis branch manager was incompetent. Woodland branch did what the Davis branch said they couldn't do. Sucks I had to drive out of town to get the help.

      No real problems, with the outside ATM. Besides being one of the only ATMS in Davis, CA it provides 5 ATMS for convenient selection, and although I rarely go inside or deal with the personnel, the ATMS outside always seem to be working, for deposits, or withdraws.

      Would be 5 stars except for one agent. Both experiences with her unpleasant. Shouldn't work in customer facing roles.
