Adobe Creek Vineyards3I’ve been a long time B of A customer. Am very dissatisfied these days with the customer service at this branch. I have brought in checks to deposit and was told by the tellers on two occasions that they no longer do math and aren’t allowed to add up the value of the checks to be deposited. Even when I asked them to confirm my addition, my request was denied. Doesn’t exactly inspire confidence.

Charlotte Firmenich1I tried calling 7 times (spread out during the same day) as I had pressing questions on international transfers, but to no avail. Every single time I called, the automated voice said no one was available to help me. I can’t believe that every time I call, they are busy. am very disappointed.

Patrashu5I was there to open my bank account and it was so nice experience to me as an international student in UC Davis. I went there on a weekday around 1pm. I didn't make any appointment, so I just waited for 5 to 10 minutes. And the male teller was so kind and helped me a lot. Also, the place is neat and clean.

Meredith Guzman1When the tellers are busier talking to each other than their customers, what does that say about a business? I get it, it's Friday after lunch but you have a line, it's like one person is making up all the work for the rest of you and please, train your people, having to ask for a supervisor during every transaction? Just bad quality of service all around

Aundreax’s Life1Today is Monday May 15, 2017 in the afternoon. Martin was very personable with assisting me with a check that the signature didn't quite match from the maker of a big bus owner. The manager Sandra didn't even smile and not welcoming at all hate to admit it but she was absolutely horrible the way she looked at me and the way I was treated in this bank. I will not return to this branch here in Davis. To be brief I told her this was my first check and she said why don't you just take it to your bank? I was like really? I didn't come here to be told what I could have or should have done she said well I can't help you this check has too many signatures, I said what? Took the check back got a new one reissued within the hour thank God and I asked if she will please waive the non check fee and she said NO!! With a Grinch look on her face. Her energy was so negative that I almost feel sorry for her, she's clearly very miserable and it's showed today. Davis overall is a great place and people are generally very pleasant and she isn't one of those people. During the end of the conversation she admitted that she isn't from Davis and it showed.

Wesley Yang3I don’t really enjoy coming to this BoA and would rather go to other locations outside of Davis when I need to speak to a Teller. The ladies are nice and will help you but I try to avoid the gentleman teller who recently transferred. He’ll make remarks and side comments that would seem rude or belittle you. Overall, atm lighting is great at night and there’s usually always parking. :)

Steven MacNear1Waited inline for 20 minutes only to be told I had to wait in another line for 20 minutes. I gave Up. Called help line after a torturous experience with the fracking robot got put on hold for 15 minutes and then I was cut off. I still have NOT been able to stop payment on a lost check.
