  Recently used Mann to purchase our first home. Narda was AMAZING to work with, she was always on the ball and kept in constant contact with us on everything. Any time there was an issue she was quick to let us know what it was, what it meant, and how we either needed to fix it or how they would. Everything went smoothly and quickly and it was no doubt due to her hard work and willingness to go out of her way to make it happen. If you need a home loan and are unsure of the process and want someone who will explain it all to you and help you every step of the way these guys are the ones to call. Narda and everyone at Mann Mortgage are great.

  I chose Mann Mortgage because I practically drove by their old office every day to work. When we started looking for a new house I decided to give them a shot. I called and talked to someone and they told me how to go about submitting my application. Once I submitted my application I was called by Narda, she was knowledgeable and kind. She helped me through every step of the way more than I could have even asked for. She was always honest and easy to get ahold of. Never once did I have to leave a message with no reply back. Getting a mortgage is never the fun part of buying a house, although Mann Mortgage made it feel less chaotic and stressful even when buying can be a stressful part of life! We were able to close in just less than 30 days from start to finish. Highly recommend to use Mann Mortgage, they were far superior to calling my own local credit union where my old mortgage loan was. Thanks again Narda, Brittany, and Deborah and all who helped when we had questions.

  Deborah and team went above and beyond for us.we had talked to 2 mortgage companies before we were referred to Mann Mortgage. These other companies put zero effort into helping us w our unique situation. Deborah tackled it and made it all happen! I can’t say enough great things about this company. If you want someone who will work with you and find a way to make things happen this is the place for you!

  From the day we walked in for a pre approval to the day funding was complete was just about a month. We used a government funded loan which has a ridiculous amount of requirements and Deborah and Narda were awesome at letting us know what was needed quickly so we could close as quick as possible. Buying a house is stressful and having them around to answer questions and understand where you are coming from is what makes them amazing. Highly recommend them. Lot of hoops to jump through but if you are willing they are there to back you the whole way.
