  Just moved to Idaho and needed a local bank. My Parents have been using East Idaho Credit Union for over 30 years, so i decided to give them a try. Great experience so far... everyone has been friendly and professional and I really appreciate all the security features both online and in practice by the employees. My parents trust this institution and I see why!

  What a great financial institution. Derek H. has been very professional and easy to work with in helping me with a new account and auto-loan. Everyone else I’ve spoke with here has also been so friendly and professional. I am very happy with my choice to bank with EICU and I highly recommend them if you live in this wonderful area.

  I Love working with Everyone at East Idaho Credit Union! Every time I go in they are always so Helpful! I have Gotten 3 loans with them and they have always given me a good rate The main Branch is really close to my house so When I thought I had fraud on my account they where quick to help me find that it was my subscription I forgot about!

  Used to be a good bank regardless of what branch you used. Now they are always understaffed. You will wait FOREVER to talk to a teller because they only have one person that is working. I am thinking it might be time to change credit union.

  EICU is AMAZING! They always have the best service and the mobile app is a life saver! I love that I am able to access my account no matter where I am or what time of day it is! East Idaho Credit Union is truly the BEST CU around!

  When I went in to set up my new account Rachael was training a representative! She was very patient with my request and answered all my questions. & Even tho she was training someone setting up my new account was quick and easy !!

  The mobile app is my favorite part of this credit union! So user friendly and super fast, it saves me tons of trips to the branch!

  Alicia was such a big help!!! The process of setting up the app may as well been a foreign language to me . She was able to simplify the process and talked me through it step by step !   Took me five days to open a checking account online. I finally went to the branch. Was told they would email me the documents to sign-I was sitting right there!
