  We used Julie Lapham for our mortgage. She was unbelievably efficient and clear along every step. She was super responsive to all of our questions and provided multiple mortgage breakdowns, so we could really understand the variables and make the best determination for our needs. In addition, we made a last minute change to the mortgage parameters and she did not miss a beat in getting the revised documents drafted and back through her underwriter. I could not more highly recommend Julie and the team of people she works with.
