  My husband & I met with Teresa last year to find out what we needed to do to get ready to buy a home. We did what Teresa recommended and now we are in a position to purchase the home we rent. I emailed Teresa and left her a subsequent message with absolutely no response. We used Capital Family Mortgage in the past and wanted to give you our business. I see all positive comments on Google. Unfortunately we did not experience the same customer service. We will find another company.

  Brad at Capital Family Mortgage was professional, efficient, and made the entire process run smoothly. He was able to get us the best rate available and even took the time out of his very busy schedule to attend our closing. My husband and I highly recommend Brad and Capital Family Mortgage!

  My wife and I worked with Teresa and she did a great job of making sure we got all the information we needed and had everything to close on our house on time. She's very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them in the future!

  I cannot emphasize enough how easy, stressfree and enjoyable working with Renee from Capital Family Mortgage has been. Renee was the first person I spoke to about the possibility of buying my first home in my early 20s before I knew if it would even be possible. She showed me the types of loans availible to me, the price range that would fit my budget, got me pre-approved and even helped me find a great real estate agent. Within a few months I was closing on my first place with financing that fit my needs and I did not have to do any of the leg work or stess about the process at all! A few years later she assisted me through the home buying process a second time and most recently she assisted me through the refinancing process to get an even better rate! Working with Renee and Capital Family Mortgage allowed me to dive into home ownership. Renee is an amazing communicator and extremely proactive ally. I reccomend Renee to anyone I know regardless of if they are ready to buy a home now of if they are just intersted in what may be availible to them.   We have bought and sold and refinanced over 40 years of our life. Sam and Brad we’re very honest and forthcoming in the process of a refinance. Our home and property are a bit unusual and presented or could have presented “Hiccups” In the process. I had questions and concerns and to be honest I’m a bit fussy and too inquisitive. Brad was patient and again very honest with me. I rarely leave feedback or comments but due to the fair treatment I received I felt it only fair to give them a pat on the back, well done. JO

  I've used Capital Family Mortgage for years, and most recently last summer to refinance my home. They are AMAZING! These folks are professional, fast, friendly, and leave no stone unturned. If there was an option for ten stars, I'd give them that many!
