  We highly recommend Mann Mortgage to anyone shopping around. After attempting to work with two other mortgage companies, and being disappointed with them, we were referred to Betsy Rispens with Mann Mortgage in Helena. What a positive experience!! We applied in May and were immediately approved. Because we were buying a modular home, there were months worth of delays in the building process. But Betsy remained at our side. She was our bright shining light in the entire process, always proactive and happy to help us. She made our closing easy by setting up a courtesy appointment with a title company in another state. She is extremely professional, courteous, and such a pleasure to work with. Thanks Betsy for making this a great experience!

  Shawna was so amazing throughout the entire process. I was nervous and scared that I wouldn’t be able to get my home for my son and I. She made sure to explain everything so I could understand what was happening. Mann Mortgage is just amazing! After everything was done she even drove here to be with me on closing day. Everyone was amazing and I couldn’t be happier. Me and my son now have a home to call ours!

  From day one of my mortgage process to our closing, my experience with Mann Mortgage was exceptional. I worked with Betsy Rispens and let me tell ya, she is the best. She went above and beyond to make sure we got into a home. My process was lengthy and we hit some bumps along the way, but she worked hard to make the process as painless as possible. She is extremely knowledgeable, bubbly and enthusiastic, and has a great attitude and offers amazing support. I cannot thank her enough. Everyone in the Helena office is great, all helpful and friendly. We closed a month ago and Betsy is still in my corner for questions and concerns. 10 stars from the Jones Family!!! =)

  We had a great experience with Mann Morgage. We contacted our friend who works in real estate and they said Mann Morgage is solid, just like the online reviews, so trust the reviews and go with them. Darcie Jo knows her product and has great recommendations for a real estate agent if needed. Darcie worked behind the scenes to make sure closing went smoothly and was happy to answer any questions we had. It was our first time purchasing a home and we were quite nervous, but Darcie always had the answers for us. We also got a stellar rate thanks to her which is awesome!

  As a first time homebuyer unsure of how to approach the process or time when would be the right opportunity to buy in Helena's volatile housing market we chose to stop by Mann Mortgage based on our knowledge of their company through radio ads and a friend's referral. My wife and I stopped buy to have a quick conversation to understand what things we would need to get in order and how exactly to go about looking for our first home. Betsy Rispens took the time to go over all the details we wanted to know and more; she give us a clear road map on what needs to be done, all the options on what paths we could choose and gave us expert advice on what path would be most beneficial to us as a home buyer. We recently closed on our first home and couldn't be more excited! Betsy's dedication and hard work made the whole process easy to understand and overall the least stressful part of the home buying process.
