  Was a great location but now is the worst. Will be driving across town to the other branch since this location can't seen to get it together. 3rd time messing up a simple withdrawal. Wish the old staff was here still

  Worse bank ever. Lobby hours are ridiculous! What bank lobby isn’t open on Saturday? I’ve always wanted to go to a credit union but will be going back to brand name banks again because this place is an absolute joke and when customers tell them complaints... they are rude and simply don’t care cause like most of Helena lately.. as long as they get a 20-30 hour weekly paycheck.. they don’t care.

  Worst bank I've ever dealt with. All the 5 star reviews are from when they were Helena Community Credit Union, I wish I'd known that before switching to them, Intrepid is awful. Customer service is disgusting, the bank in general has no reverence for their customers, but the member representatives you speak to if there is a problem, are of little to no help. Not to mention they are rude while doing nothing. In only 4 months of banking here we were charged over $500 in bogus fees, $300 in what they call "courtesy pay fees" for if your account is negative, without our account being negative. When we called to have it corrected each time we were told someone would review our account then call, only twice did we actually hear back from them and they were actually fixed. Valley Bank has been great, highly recommend!

  If it was possible for me to give them 0 stars I would. They can never seem to fix any issues I have with my account, let alone give me an explanation. Money is being pulled out of my account without my authorization and then being told it was authorized. They fail to contact me in regards to an activity with my account. I have had places tell me to call my bank because it’s on their end as to why payments aren’t processed and you want to know what I get told? “Nothing we can do.” This bank is about as useless as beating a dead horse. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. If you want to know where your money is going and not have to worry about your money disappearing without an explanation, I strongly recommend you find any other bank besides this one. Period. Going to be closing my account as soon as possible.

  I have had too many problems with this bank. It was better banking with elk horn before HCCU took over. Online banking is impossible for me and calling tech support was absolutely horrendous with them telling I don’t exist in their system. My account with elk horn started when I was five. I’m 27 and electronic telephone banking is worse. Every time I tried to set up account it would hang up on me. I literally have call them to know how much money is in my account. Now hearing that they are opening accounts without notifying the customer and letting flagged companies known for fraud or identity theft take out money happening frequently I worry if my money is safe when I don’t know if some strange company is pulling out money. I don’t live in Helena anymore and don’t plan on going back so I am currently transferring to US Bank. It’s in every city and I have had my inheritance there for years and the percentage of growth is much higher.

  I love this bank. The people are just wonderful. For years I've loans and accounts with them and no matter my situation, I've been treated with respect and warmth. They've given me sound financial advice without being condenscending.

  Banking with this bank for years however I will no longer conduct business with them, becoming intrepid has changed the face and attitude. No longer a helena community minded establishment. I would recommend a different bank. Sorry all.

  They were able to get 8 cars through while I sat waiting for my receipt for a simple car payment. Super rude. Definitely won’t go back to this one.

  I have always had great service, when I needed to go talk to someone. They had low rates on rv and atv loans. They have always been super friendly to me.

  Maybe you should have a manager edit the Google maps store hours. It is stated that you are open on Saturday. It does not say drive through only!!!! Thanks for letting a customer down and making me drive 3 hours for nothing!!!!
