  Every time I go through the drive through, I get awful service. Even when they aren’t busy and no other cars are there. The people are not nice whatsoever. Not sure what his name is but it’s a guy that deals with the drive in people… he’s the only person that is very nice and provides outstanding service! I just went inside today to pick up a new card and the lady was flat out rude and disrespectful. She did not make it a great experience for me considering that I’m only 18. I have always had good service at the other valley banks that are not on Montana Avenue. Other places are very nice, along with awesome service. Will absolutely not ever be going back to this location after today!

  My experience with Valley Bank has been fantastic. Casey Connors has went above and beyond for me. Casey is quick to respond to a phone call or email, keeps you posted on progress, and is also just a great guy who actually cares about you and what you are trying to accomplish. I am so glad to be working with this bank because of the high quality customer service that I have received not just from Casey, but all the other staff that I have interacted with as well. Thank you.

  Been using this branch for over 15 years. The employees may come and go, get transfered or promoted to better opportunities. However, the customer service, friendly atmosphere and positive attitude has never wavered providing a personal yet professional experience each and every time I enter this facility.

  Bryan took care of me in my loan process, explained things throughly and we were out of the door in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend him and the other staff at Valley Bank.

  I was a victim of fraud and now every time I make a transactions it blocks my account. I'm so done. I switched to Wells Fargo and will be closing this account. Good riddance!

  Been banking with valley bank for over 15 years they have never let me down. They offer notaries when I needed them without an appointment. Wonderful customer service most of the time at all branches in the Helena area. Even have some sister banks in the neighboring cities. Lots of caring employees to help with diverse financial needs.

  I love banking Valley Bank since 2008. I have always been welcomed with bright caring smiles . this bank will work with you to reach your goal and dreams . never thought I could buy a home. On my own and y'all have made me almost a paid off home owner. Thank you 🇺🇸

  I love this bank and all its employees. I have been with glacier from my 1st job at 14years old and now im almost 32 and will never choose another bank. I've been part of credit unions but this bank will always be the go to for ANY assistance with financial needs. Only down fall i can think of is the fee for using other ATMs!

  We opened new accounts today and had a great experience with our personal banking assistant Quinn. He had great customer service, and made us feel like valued customers. He was very informative with out treating us like we were children. Overall we are very happy to be switching accounts to this bank The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, is because the person who initially was helping us Didn’t do the greatest job at making us feel like welcomed, valued customers. While there maybe one sour apple in every bunch, I recommend this bank to anyone in the helena area.
