  Kristen & Michelle at the N. Montana location were great to work with. Despite how insanely busy they were, they each had a friendly, inviting disposition. My husband and I were their last clients of the day on a Friday, and it felt like we were the first clients on a Monday. Kristen is very knowledgeable about the information we were there for as well as informative. She knows her stuff and we do to after our encounter. Excellent customer service. We highly recommend this credit union for your auto loans.

  Rocky Mountain credit union is a amazing company to work for . Never a dull moment. There a caring , outgoing company that actually care about there employees . They always is room for advancing. Iv worked at multiple institutions and this is definitely my favorite! By far ! Love love love this company!

  Wonderful service, you can really tell most all of the employees love working there! Most people who I have seen working as a teller seem to move their way up in the workplace, not out, so you know you are getting someone who has seen generally more than just their current position if you need a manager, loan officer, etc.

  This credit union is amazing! They truly put the needs of their members above all. And one of the greatest perks of reaching your savings goals is they allow you to add money to your CDs...any other financial institution let you grow your CD?

  I went in there today to cash an out-of-state check written to me. I've cashed checks from this person before. I've been a member with this bank for 5 years now give-or-take. I've never bounced a check, or gone in the negative, or done anything remotely negative on my account, which I'm sure is well documented in their database because we live in 2018, enough said. I get hassled by some new person at the front saying I need to pay 5$ to cash this check. Like really hassled me and was totally rude. I had to get the manager who didn't treat me with any respect, and acted like I was in the wrong. This is the bank on North Montana. I ended up closing my account right then and there. I will say I haven't had any problems with the other one in town across from friendlies.
