  Luis Maldonado is absolutely amazing! He helped me a hundred percent with a refinance process. He was there to help me no matter what time of day it was or night it was . He was knowledgeable in the whole entire process. He got me a way better rate . You got me in a 20-year mortgage which is way better than 30 year I had at the time. Luis is great guy. I would definitely highly recommended Him at Fairway mortgage

  What a guy, what a loan officer. What can I say, Luis goes to bat for you. We had a very unconventional home buying scenario, buying a house under asking during the craziness that is a pandemic, while myself the buyer not being the most responsible when it came to my spending (bought a new Xbox on a new line of credit during the buying process), and yet Luis and his team still made the loan work for us and gave us a very pleasant experience. Call Luis, sit down with him, he is very good at what he does and a great source of information. He wasn’t the first loan officer we talked to, but he was our last and will be our next when we decide to buy again in the future. His level of service is superb.

  Luis was amazing. I got his contact info from my cousin. I was just curious about the home buying process. Well 4 months later I closed on my very 1st home. Did I have great credit nope. He went above and beyond to help my family and I understand the process of paperwork. Not only that he made sure we stayed at a comfortable monthly payment. I started this process knowing nothing with his help and guidance he made it all happen. Even closing on my house early. He is truly a people person down to earth and funny.
