      Went around Christmas w an appointment but it was so crazy and packed as so many branches are closed. I had to leave. I've since left this bank for good

      Long waits, only one teller every time I've gone in. By the time you are greeted and asked "Why are you here?", the manager(s) on duty will find every excuse to get you out of the door. Regardless of why you are there they will immediately tell you to go online. If something can be done online they will not offer any assistance. Before you have an opportunity to ask a follow up question, or request some assistance the conversation will be cut short. Take your hard earned money to TD Bank across the street or better yet a local bank.

      Bank Of America decided to close my account with no warning, notice, call, e-mail letter nothing! or explanation, during this current global pandemic. Would NEVER recommend doing business at any Bank of America.
