  We used Carrie and she was very easy to work with through the whole process. Her office and fellow staff we also very helpful. They made getting our first home loan simple and helped walk us through all the steps, answering any questions we had.

  I worked with Ken, who was attentive, professional, and the epitome of customer service. He answered questions and concerns promptly. Ken made himself readily available even outside regular business hours which was really helpful since I do not have a traditional work schedule. He always made sure I understood everything I needed to sign and made the whole process painless and smooth. Ken was supportive and he is very knowledgeable. He was able to think outside the box to find different options that would work for me. I was treated respectfully and as a valued customer. I would definitely would love to work with him again if the need arises. I highly recommend him as well.

  This was my second time working with Carrie Hamel. She is kind, professional, and very knowledgeable of the mortgage process. She stayed in contact throughout and answered all of the many questions I had. Carrie made sure I was informed on everything that was going on and explained it in a great way! She was able to get us to close a week early which for us was HUGE this time around! I will definitely use Carrie again if and when the time comes. I highly recommend going to her for your Mortgage needs, you wont regret it!

  Awesome first-time home-buying experience for me! Katya and her team rocks. Super quick to respond to emails, apps to determine your monthly payment, confident answers to your questions. Very trustworthy! I got the best rate I could get, and agents were happy to know I was working with Mortgage Network since they have a good reputation for smooth transactions.   I had the pleasure of working with Ermir and it was one of the greatest experiences of customer service I have ever received. I am a first time homebuyer and Ermir made sure I was guided with safe hands. I rarely had to call him as he always kept me up to date on what to do next. When I did need to ask a question, he was always available to take my call. A few of the times he would be having dinner with his family or in his car driving to his next appointment but still made himself available for me. The entire process was very smooth and I would highly recommend this lender to anyone looking to buy a new home.
