      The customer service I received from the 3 ladies that helped me out today was amazing. I'm not gonna drop names because I don't like to share good people. OK, I'll give you the name of one Kathy was my favorite 🤫! Just a very comfortable environment a one customer service. I couldn't stay away I'd left and come back just so I could have a couple more laughs with the ladies!!!!!! I hate that Google only let you give them 5 stars I will give them 15 apiece

      I was a member here for 7 years. Awful customer service which has resulted in major difficulties in my life. I only had a checking and savings account through them, and after about 6 years when I started a business, I applied for a business loan, through thrm. They never responded to my request, not in q phone call, email, or letter. I assumed I was denied. No big deal, I found a loan elsewhere. About a year later, I had a mobile check deposit. I deposited q check every Saturday morning at 8am from a PT I had. This time, thae deposit didn't go through so I went inside with the check in hand to take care of it. Well, I was pretty much told since I already initiated the mobile deposit, I just have to wait for the person who processes them to get it done, but they left early that day before finishing the mobile deposits so there was nothing to be done. The teller I spoke to said it wasn't her job and she wouldn't do anything to help, and there supposedly was not anyone else who would be willing to simply deposit my check. It eventually came through after waiting over the weekend which I couldn't afford to do, but i had no choice and just had to take the blow. A few months later when I was moving out of state and trying to close my account, I went into a branch office 3 times on 3 different days to close my account and every time they wouldn't do it. There was always a reason that made no sense. Even the third time I went in to close my account, they refused due to a $7 pending charge when I had more than enough to cover it in my checking.I even explained I was moving away in the next couple days and they still refused to do anything to help me. I asked if I could close the account over the phone after I move and the charge clears, and they couldn't do that, either. They literally would not do a thing to help me. Absolutely no creativity in their problem solving or willingness to try and figure something out. I finally had to move away with the account still open, unable to make a special 6 hr one-way trip to close the account. Now they're saying I owe them money and they're going to ruin my credit if I don't pay up. If only I had the choice to give them the same kind of runaround they give their members. This place has no urgency in their customer service, but they are relentless when it comes to screwing people over.

      I've been a member of Mainstreet since 2002. Best banking ever! And I have to say that Mary Mackey, who was the loan coordinator, is absolutely wonderful. She's friendly, while at the same time very professional. I would absolutely recommend Mainstreet Credit Union to anyone looking for the best banking experience ever. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!

      Mainstreet Credit Union, what can I say about the wonderful customer service I received. Started with the Teller's they were just wonderful, made me feel so good and very comfortable about serving. I met with Mary to set up my account, great customer service, I really felt good when I left Mainstreet Credit Union, they seem to be one big family. Thank you so much making my visit worth while.

      I have been a customer here for more than 20 years and it has always been a great experience. Other than the fact that they keep changing the website, and not always for the better, I have never had a single complaint. I've had quite a few loans over the years and the ease of applying and speed things got done has been far better than any of the other banking institutions I have dealt with. On the phone, messaging, or at a branch location, the associates have always been pleasant and helpful. With their credit union partnering program I have always had access to my accounts through sister branches and ATMs, even when temporarily living in California. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

      The new Mainstreet branch up North is very welcoming and spacious, with a good size waiting area. The staff we're excited and happy to assist when I walked up to the counter. No complaints or issues.

      I was in the auto lane. I saw that the teller was quite busy for a long time with a customer. I waited patiently for at least 10 minutes, then I started to watch the time. I saw another customer come inside and get in line. I waited another 10 minutes. The teller then saw the next customer in line, despite the fact that I had been waiting for 10 minutes before he entered the bank so I pushed the call button. I was helped last. I can be very patient but I should have been seen next. I did not say anything to the teller as I felt it was the branches fault not to have enough help. This is the second time that I had to wait a long time for service.
