Susan was able to get us pre-approved the same day. We were able to close in 24 days. We closed on a Friday and we’re able to get access that day!!! That is all compliments of Susan and her team working tirelessly for us. I cannot say how happy I am to be in our beautiful home. This mortgage team works for its customers and makes them feel important. My realtor recommended them in the beginning, I should have listened. If you’re not sure just give this team a chance. You will have an app that will give you the step by step process and you will always know where they were at in the process. You will never be in the dark.

  Susan Rose was amazing through the entire process. She communicated every thing to me in a very responsive and timely manner. On days I thought I'd leave a message for Monday she still got back with me on a Sunday afternoon and still answered all of my questions.
