  John English went above and beyond exceptional customer service in my loan application process, garnering me the best deal possible which help me to meet and accomplish goals I needed to take care of. Thanks, John and I hope other customers will have the same experience I had. All of the staff at this office were courteous and pleasant. WOW! I thought my original review had posted years ago!! Just signed on and wanted to thank the Kansas City Branch Staff for all that they have done to make me feel like a #1 customer!!! Very professional, helpful and courteous team. Even though I no longer live in the area, they have continued to be of service and assist me with the new branch within my location; here's hoping that this kind of above board service is rendered from the new One Main branch I am now interacting with. Thanks again and keep up the great service!

  Alexa is wonderful! Very kind and professional, she even explained things more in depth and let me ask as many questions as I needed! Definitely would recommend OneMaim Financial!

  Representative was extremely rude. Would not allow me to explain my current work situation, almost calling me a liar. I am not a person to ever even "have" to get a loan. I will be going elsewhere. Would not recommend. This person shouldn't be in customer service.

  The representative I worked with was very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was explained to me, I was given the opportunity and time to read everything through before I signed. Very quick about getting the paperwork together. Whole process took 3 days. Thank You.

  John was friendly and quick to respond. The loan process was easy and completed all electronically, so I never even had to leave home. This is the 2nd loan I've had with One Main Financial.....and both times they were very great to work with!

  I read the review before and thought to give it a try.. its totally true! waste of time! they will come up with different excuse why they don't approve your application. I would recommend world finance or security finance, they will help you in any possible ways.....stay away from this company it will lower your credit by two points for hard inquires.

  If you wanna feel bad about yourself and your credit history talk to Jessie if you can even get him on the phone. His people interaction skills are nonexistent. If you need to use this place talk to John English

  Applied to increase my current loan or renew it. Now, mind you, I only owe $880. When they were Springleaf, no problem. Now they are Onemain, they don't even consider your payment history or the fact that I make $10,000 more than I did when I got the first one. Nope, it's no better than payday lending.
