Jaime A3It's unfortunate that this bank has no weekend hours whatsoever. It's very difficult for most of us to do banking during the week.

Ashley Stolte1My husband and I have been with this bank for 5 years now and it just seems to be going down hill. They lack customer service skills. Basic things you use to be able to go in for they push you off to call customer service even though they could look up several things that would take less than 2 minutes. I would know I worked for a bank. Also my husband has had the same job through the same employer for the last 4 years, my husband had a paper check through the company and BOA put a hold on the check for 11 days even though we have good cash flow coming to the account and again this has been a consistent payroll. They lack emotions, empathy and again most of all customer service. I will be closing my account, I can’t believe we have stayed with this bank for so long justifying that it will get better. I would give zero stars if I could with as many bad experiences we have had especially over the last 3 years.

Dario Marjanovic1Finally decided to switch from this horrible bank. They treat your money like it’s theirs. No one can ever help with anything. Half of the time the employees don’t know what they are doing and can’t even answer simple questions. They always try to tell you to call the customer service number so you can be on hold for hours instead of helping you resolve the problem at the branch. I personally think even one star is too much. Adios!!!

Michael Gerard1Have been a customer for 8 years and they refused to take 90 seconds to notarize one form without an appointment. Most normal banks just do it at the counter with no issues. I’m now making an appointment… to close my accounts.

Waneman4The front door was opened by one of the managers. Inside another gentleman greeted me and directed me to what I needed. The tellers were giddy to help and professional with numbers. My visit was very limited so I want able to do a more granular audit of their services and staff. Their drive-up ATMs are aukwardly placed far from the main building making them easy to miss (at least for me, which isn't saying much). Either way, they seem to succeed in adequately storing my money so no major complaints.

This situation is BS, and I will NOT refer ANYONE and I mean anyone else to Bank Of America!!!! You have lost a valuable Customer. Melissa M1You closed your Drive Through down at this location but did not add staff inside to handle the more buisness it is taking on. Not everyone wants to do their banking through the ATM, you need to fix this. I will be closing my account here because Bank of America is not about the customer and does not care how long people have to wait. Also the hours of 9-4 is ridiculous people work. I addressed this with the teller and her response was "well I have to take off work to do my appointments and buisness also", are you kidding me!

Tara Jordan31 of 4 visits was uneventful. Usually there's a line. Too many tellers out. Sometimes they are just closed for unknown reasons. Even with the pandemic they have not chosen to reopen their drive-thrus, at ANY location. Oh wait 2 other locations have recently closed for good. No explanation, no warning.
