  Great place to work and training is very impressive. It is a clean and friendly investment to work in. The management does a great job of making sure the employees are happy and getting the help they need in their job roles. They always have some event going on to keep up morale. I would definitely recommend Macy’s credit and customer service to other people as a place to work.

  Never get a Macys card. Lied about promotional no interest, charged full interest after the fact. Would not rectify the situation. Underhanded, deceitful way to treat customers making large purchases. Never shopping there again.

  Always a great experience. Honestl worked here previously when I first arrived to tampa. Was a place that gave me Employment with no previous background in call centers. Gave me an opportunity when I needed one, im forever thankful for that. Feel bad that I left without my two weeks notice however I was moving on to bigger and better, which I don’t regret one bit. Now I just pick up my significant other often and its great to see some old co-workers passing by. gave this review to also get my ratings up in google 😉 those who know...know.okurrr. Now im just being silly cause I have to get to 200 characters. Cant believe you got this far now i should say something insightful like Key to Life is Balance...and if you need a Realtor you should contact me immediately. Lol

  Ordered an item Sept. 27 still have not received it. It made it to Orlando on Sept 30th. I live in Tampa region. Customer service is terrible!!!!!!. I cut up my card. Will NEVER shop at Macys again!!!!

  This company will follow the same as JC Penny, no customer service due to Covid19, really? They cannot answer phones due to lost package so I called the local store and apparently many others have not received their package for the same items. No way to contact them through email either. I'll stick to Amazon from now on.

  I love working for macy's, I have made a career here thanks to the great opportunities to grown in the company. Great place to work and have fun at the same time.

  After being a good employee for 7 years had to quit because of Sunday shifts, they couldn’t accommodate for religious reasons saying it’s not fair to the other employees, I told them I would work every Saturday in place of rotating Sunday’s, turn over rate was high obviously finding new employees to work Sunday’s was difficult but moved on I give one star after being treated like that from management

  The training(customer service in Clearwater) needs alot of improvement. Not recommended. I do LOVE shopping. Mostly online.
