  Used to be an easy place to do business. Web site was easy and intuitive. Now it's impossible. There's not even a button on the site to make a payment any more. Worst banking website I've seen.

  I was on the receiving end of a purchase. I sold my motorcycle to someone who financed a bike. They just gave me the check didnt communicate with me sent me on my way. I realized that i didnt have a bill of sale went back and the little man at the counter was no help. I finally made the guy get the bottom of the title so that i could report the motorcycle was being sold to the dmv. The little man at the counter didn't have a problem interrupting my meeting when i met with the banker to receive my check however he had an issue interrupting the fat banker who had me sign my title away. They said they do not do bill of sale for these kinds of purchases and wouldn't accommodate me as the seller.

  Wanted to skip a payment on my loan to fix a windshield on my truck. I was told it wasn't an emergency, so my request was not approved. I guess unexpected vehicle repairs so a vehicle can be driven is not considered an emergency to this bank. I cannot wait till my loan is paid of with this bank.

  I closed a loan on my car a month ago at Mac and I have to say that it was an easy & fast process especially As busy as they were, Katie and the rest of the staff were awesome! Kudos to you guys! I will be going back there for my new truck loan as well!😊

  Ethan was a huge help! Stayed late to help make sure we had everything we needed and all was in order. Went well above and beyond. Definitely going to go through them again for all my loan and banking needs!

  Mac is a fantastic bank if you really like have random fees pulled out of your account for no reason. The amount of times I have been charged overdraft fees while my account is still positive or been double charged to send my account into the negative is downright criminal.

  This place is the most unprofessional bank I have ever gone through. Their app is almost always showing an incorrect amount in my accounts, and they don't stop transactions after there is no money in your account. They simply tack on a $20 fee for each transaction that they allowed when they cant even keep their mobile banking app updated. In summation, they are crooks. Ill be finding a new bank this weekend. I hope tgis place gets flagged by the FBI

  After I moved out of state due to the military I decided to keep using MAC and I ended up needing to get a personal loan and man was it easy. Just gave some info via email and a quick convo on the phone and I was approved. AWESOME experience.

  I dislike the wait time and that only one walk-in location exists. I also noted the ATM at that location doesn't do deposits. I haven't had any other issues, but as a kid-wrangling woman, wait time is a pretty crucial element.

We apologize that you had to wait longer than you thought necessary. We are currently looking into our ATM's and the services they offer, as well as what we need to do to update those services to better serve our members.

  I must say that MAC FCU has always given me nothing but the great customer service experience since becoming a member;however, after today Mr. Ethan Dowler has taken what I considered to be great to a whole new level and I couldn't be happier. Despite the fact that I now reside thousands of miles away, it was almost like he was right across from me throughout our whole transaction! Thank you Ethan!
