  Ms Yoakum and her team are awesome. They were on top of the process the whole time. Things were smooth and on time. No delays in the loan process. Both Ms Yoakum and our realtor warned us of the expected time frame for the appraisal process for the local area. The time frames included this expected delay which allowed for closing on time. I highly recommend Ms Yoakum and her team.
