  Awesome customer service all the way from the tellers and bankers, to management. This bank really cares about its customers! Hardly any bank fees, I can speak to a person when I call, and everyone is a local!

  It’s incredibly sad when I rely on this Bank to run my business account & I have personally gone Through the steps of reporting fraud, trying to get ahold of the fraud charge Co. My account was charged “5” FIVE Times while I’m trying to figure this out. All to find out that whoever is benifiting from this fraud was receiving The goods at some address 3,000mi away from me! I reported this, flagged my account, as well fraud Department Canceled closed my acc down so I can get another debit card and go About life, So I Thought! I go into my account today to see that this FRAUD Co. Charged my account AGAIN?! Rightfully upset I call Mt. Mckinley to have them tell me, YES I do remember you, I remember this situation, yes I remember you having your acc. Shutdown. For some reason the Fraud Department did Not cancel your account, even though it says RIGHT here they Canceled your account, filed disputes, and You can come in and get a new debit card, But conveniently there is no name of the banker written down with my notes?!? She then tells me “I’m sorry (as if she’s doing me good) I can feel out ANOTHER DISPUTE FORM and submit it for you & cancel your card out Now.” “As far the money being put back that’s all I can do. I’m left with no explanation, I’m out the money that was taken fraudulently, & I have to redo my steps for a 3 THIRD time! How is this even possible when they Dropped the Ball BIG Time, pretty much just said “Mehh Ya sucks I’m sorry” Nice freaking bank service never have I been more disappointed than I am today! If you want better genuine customer service, I’d go elsewhere Specially dealing with a business Acc!

Debit card disputes are processed in a very documented and procedural manner, as we must adhere to both Visa rules and Federal regulations. From your comments, it appears that you attempted to deal directly with the business, and had no luck. We would be happy to assist you with filing a dispute. We have attempted to contact you to help resolve this, and have left messages, but have not heard back from you.   Mt. McKinley Bank is hands down the best bank I have ever held accounts with. They make it clear on a daily basis that they genuinely care about their customers and the Fairbanks community.

  Excellent customer service. They were able to exchange currencies out of courtesy without charge. Bank staff were very courteous and professional.
