  I worked with Braxton and he was fantastic. We did a refinance and the whole thing was painless and required very little effort on my part. He was very helpful with providing various scenarios at various rates to get us what we needed and then went to work. The team worked quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

  Braxton and the team were phenomenal throughout. As with many loans there were complexities to overcome. However, Braxton worked through them quickly, found solutions and got the mortgage we needed. A further recommendation came from the closing / title company agent, who said more than once that the loan company we had picked had been really 'on it'. I'd recommend Luneta to anyone - and already have!

  I worked with Mike Young and his assistant Natalie on a complicated loan. He was very professional and generally seemed to care about getting me and my wife set up with the best option for us. He was able to get my loan closed within 9 business days and got us into our dream home a week early. So great full!

  Where do I start? I will break down Luneta Home Loans into three things that make it unique and great 1. treating clients with respect and being responsive. It is so rare to have Loan Officer‘s answering their phones on weekends, and treating their clients like a priority rather than a burden. Luneta is committed to doing this. 2. striving to have amazing rates without sacrificing quality. Lunetas rates and programs are incredible, but the training and quality of the loan officers is just as impressive. 3. A commitment to improvement. Luneta‘s loan officers and leadership crave and invite any feedback, Luneta is committed to being accountable and always open to ideas on how to improve. You will not regret doing your loan or referring your clients to Luneta Home Loans!!!

  Working with Braxton at Brighton Peak Financial was amazing. My agent said he was the easiest lender they've ever worked with. He was very responsive and always communicated quickly with all parties. Working with him made buying a house easier, and it's hard to beat the low fees and rate that he was able to get us. I would recommend him every time!

  Braxton is phenomenal! He is responsive, quick to get back to you, and is willing to take the time you need to go through different loan options to find the best solution for you. His service is phenomenal and you can tell he truly cares about his clients and making sure they have a fantastic experience. His rates are also extremely competitive and he does not sneak in fees - the loan costs are simple and he is extremely transparent in breaking everything down (which I love). I would highly recommend.
