  Kit is great. I’ve been working with him for 10 years, and that’s because he’s honest and will tell you when it’s a good time to refinance. I think I’ve asked him 4 times over the last 10 years, and 2x it’s been a no and twice it’s been a yes. He is scrupulously honest and his app makes the process so easy. Sydnee was on his office staff and is so efficient and has a sweet personality to boot. I will be back and I encourage others to try him out.

  We won’t use anyone else! Kit and his team are the best. They make the home buying process as worry free as possible. When we purchased our first home my husband and I were young and had no clue about the home buying process and Kit walked us through all the details. We bought our first home in 2015 and our second in 2017 and he still reaches out to make sure we are taken care of!! Would highly recommend Kit and his team!

  I cannot express enough how AMAZING this team is. If I could give 100 stars I would. They’ll tell you that I made their jobs easy, but they made our dreams come true. Kit, Cary, Jordan, and team are simply Utah’s number one mortgage team. The entire process was seamless and easy. Their app made the application process quick and simple. They will call and email you often. They answer their phones and messages and they keep you up to speed. Communication was key for me and they didn’t disappoint. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
