  Although Brown is pricier than other garages, they use actual name brand parts for your Jeep. They get the job done fast and are very accommodating. I had my Jeep's breaks replaced, and the job was done impeccably. I had my car back the same day. I love Nick, the front guy you meet when you walk in. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in my cars needs, he's super friendly and eager to please. I know my precious vehicle is in expert hands when I bring it here. I love Brown motors.

  Recently purchased a Ford Escape from Richie. I must confess, the entire transaction from once I entering the building, didn’t take too long and was quite informative. Not only was I shown the SUV, but all the little things which add to the overall presentation. This reinforced why I decided on the Escape. He signed me up for trial memberships to Sirius XM and Ford Sync. He even showed me how to download an app for my phone which lets me start my Escape from my phone, lock the doors, and many other functions. I must say, my experience with Richie, was nothing less than perfect! He’s smart, respectful and would highly recommend calling him and schedule an appointment. All in all, Brown Motors has a fantastic sales department. Nice selection of new and pre owned cars, trucks, suv’s, and high line luxury brands like BMW, MERCEDES and AUDI. Thank you Richie for your assistance in guiding me to the prefect SUV based on my needs.

  Town Fare tire wrecked one of my lug nuts, only Lungren had it and even torqued my wheels for free. Sweet!

  Looking for a cheap place fo fix your car? I did too. And it was never fixed properly! Save yourself the time and money and go to Brown. Fixed the right way the first time.

  Went for a recall and the work was supposed to take an hour but was finished in less time . Will definitely be back if any major repairs needed

  All good but no inspections station available

  I am very sorry for this Inconvenience. We purchase this Dealership from Browns last August. At that time the State of Mass put a hold on all inspection station license transfers and renewals until the end of January 2020. We are waiting patiently and feel bad that we can not perform this their. But we do have the ablility to complete this at our Honda dealership located at 409 Federal Street. We will let everyone know when we can handle inspections again. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.
