  Been doing business here since 1991. The service, employees, atmosphere has always been A1. It’s nice to be greeted by name. On the few occasions I’ve had something I didn’t understand or need help with it’s fixed immediately. Really happy with Freedom Credit Union in Greenfield.

  I kept getting charged for things that I did not subscribe for. So I kept getting insufficient funds charges and I tried to explain myself. The reversed it 3 times for me then when it happened again I tried my best to explain and they said they couldn't reverse it. I just had a baby and trying to make ends meet is obviously difficult especially because of the pandemic so I asked them for help of they could do it one last time and I would close the account they still insisted they couldn't help so my account is in the negatives

  Hi Kristen. If you have charges that you did not authorize, then you need to file a dispute with us or do a stop payment on the charges that are coming through. It may also help to try to reach out to the company that are putting the charges through to stop doing so. A phone number should be included with the transaction or we can help research it and assist you. Otherwise, the charges are going to keep coming through.

  If you want the best banking experience, then come here! Hands down the best! The tellers are top notch super friendly and professional! They always are a pleasure! Can't say that about many banks!

  Did a heloc and when it was done I never got any checks or correspondence in the mail. I called mortgage originator and mailbox was full. Felt very unprofessional and poorly run. Very strange.

  Hi Susan. We are very sorry you did not get any checks for your line of credit. We no longer produce them automatically, they have to be requested. If you did request them, we apologize for the oversight. We will get them ordered and sent out to you right away, and someone will be in touch with you to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

  Always friendly and they know your name. No long lines. I’ve gotten a car loan and a personal loan and they offer great rates and personal service.
