  I've had 2 claims with Luke Ganzar for different cars and I'm very happy with this group. I switched over from Allstate because Statefarm was cheaper and I'm always suspicious when making a claim with an insurance company. However, they covered everything and on my Tesla, they covered everything that the Tesla service center did (replaced glass roof). Overall very happy.

  I contacted them having not spoken to them before about insuring my house, car and property in another state. They responded very quickly, were very very nice, and gave me a rate that was less expensive but gave me more coverage than competitive offers. It was really a pleasure dealing with Kelsey. Some of what I asked for took a little research on State Farms part and they were happy to do it, they never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I highly recommend them

  My experience over the past 3 years has been exceptional. In particular, Matt McDaniel has responded quickly and accurately to each of my queries, looked for ways to reduce our premiums, and most recently, during a move to another state, ensured the transfer of our coverage was seamless. It was a great relief to not worry about our insurance coverage among the myriad of other moving tasks. I could not recommend this office more highly - Service Extraordinaire!

  I have had State Farm through Luke Ganzar's office for a few years now. They have always been super helpful and incredibly nice whenever I'm in the office or on the phone. We recently moved our renter's insurance to a home insurance policy when we bought our first home, and Matt was particularly helpful and patient with me. Matt walked me through the entire policy and mapped out line for line what everything meant. They are so polite and pleasant to talk to on the phone and I couldn't recommend this branch of State Farm more!

  All the staff from this office have been supremely helpful. My auto insurance is the most affordable of anywhere else I researched! Even the 'special' deals my credit union sends me claiming they will be able to provide more economical auto policies and give me savings don't compare. Adding my partner's vehicle to my policy was a breeze, and the service we've received so far has been so friendly and helpful and easy to understand that we are sticking with this office to maintain our auto and renters insurance policies even though we just moved to Eugene. Never saw myself writing a positive review about an insurance company haha but I'm pretty happy I'm with State Farm after hearing nightmare stories about other people's experiences with the companies they've gone with!

  I personally worked with a lovely lady named Kelsey, she was a rockstar! I recently switched policies looking to get better coverage at a better price point and was able to do just that. The service was amazing and I cannot recommend Luke Ganzar State Farm Insurance Company enough.

  I received IMMEDIATE response from Megan who took all of my information and worked with my crazy schedule to ensure I was quote the best policy! I was very pleased with my new policy offer as my current insurance policy was a bit ridiculous with the deductibles. I was very warmly welcomed to the State Farm family and would absolutely suggest others reach out to see what they can do for you!
